I bought this printer to provide speed and economy for everyday printing. The prints are surprisingly great, and fast enough to be a welcome relief from that ink-jet printer! There is really a bit of fan noise at times, and scanning over the network can be a little slow at the higher resolutions. But general we’re very happy with the printer. We’ve been cranking out full color prints of renderings and drawings, and there are no signs that we’re running out of toner. We still do not use if for our final, photographic-quality high-gloss presentations, but we use if for all our daily stuff and interim client reviews.

I had the Brother Lazer printer prior to I bought this One and that was a fantastic printer that served me well. Using the good luck I had with the Brother I figured I would give this One a try. I was carried out with all of my heavy duty scanning and no longer required a dedicated scanner for intense photo scanning, so I looked for an all in one by Brother and discovered this One.
